Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Jose, CA)

Amberfield Yarrow Facilities is a facilities company in San Jose with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around safety inspections clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
