Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge Willow Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around San Diego. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Explain our services around customer estimates clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
