Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Diego, CA)

Rivermark Juniper Telecom is a telecommunications provider in San Diego focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around service installations clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling service installations. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
