Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Nest Staffing and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 786 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling temp assignments. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
