Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Stone Hospitality and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around reviews and feedback clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
