Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ashton Foods and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around sanitation schedules clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
