Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Diego, CA)

Stonegate Quill Banking Services is a community-focused bank in San Diego serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around card disputes clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling card disputes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
