Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Antonio, TX)

Northwind Wren Energy Group is an energy provider in San Antonio focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around outage response clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling outage response. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
