Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Antonio, TX)

Harborlight Sparrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the San Antonio area. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around reviews and feedback clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
