Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Antonio, TX)

Redstone Birch Foods is a San Antonio food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Explain our services around customer specifications clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling customer specifications. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
