Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Antonio, TX)

Westbrook Pike Medical designs and makes medical devices in San Antonio, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling complaint handling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
