Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Telecom is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around billing accounts clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling billing accounts.
