Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Harbor Farms and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling seasonal crews. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
