Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Fern Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Salt Lake City area, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 942 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around customer tickets clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling customer tickets. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
