Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bluepeak Quill Arts Center is an arts centre in Salt Lake City with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around ticketing clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling ticketing. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
