Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Timber Construction and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around project schedules clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling project schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
