Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Forge Freight Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
