Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Harbor Farms is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling seasonal crews. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
