Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Richmond, VA)

Redstone Glen Hospitality is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around supplier orders clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling supplier orders.
