Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Reno, NV)

Northwind Fox Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Reno, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
