Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Greenridge Wren Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Reno. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
