Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Nova Juniper Foods Partners makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Sacramento. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 631 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around customer specifications clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
