Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Bright Harbor Farms Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around field records clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling field records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
