Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Highbridge Meridian Foods is a Knoxville food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around allergen controls clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling allergen controls. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
