Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Ridge Construction and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around permits clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling permits. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
