Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ivory Telecom and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around customer tickets clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling customer tickets. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
