Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Clearpath Harbor Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Detroit, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around harvest schedules clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
