Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Basin Facilities and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around work orders clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling work orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
