Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Stonegate River Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Oklahoma City region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
