Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Cedar Clear Facilities looks after properties across the Oakland region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around customer sites clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
