Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Highbridge Amber Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Virginia Beach, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling policy renewals. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
