Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Highbridge Glen Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across San Antonio. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around certifications clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
