Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Highbridge Harbor Freight Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around carrier rates clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
