Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Bright Meridian Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Richmond, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around field inspections clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
