Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Northwind Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Reno plant, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around production lines clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling production lines. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
