Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Westbrook Iron Construction is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 833 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around permits clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
