Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Clearpath Corner Construction is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Explain our services around project schedules clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling project schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
