Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Lumen Meridian Facilities is a facilities company in San Antonio with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around work orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
