Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Nova Quarry Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Anchorage serving households and small businesses, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around deposit accounts clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling deposit accounts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
