Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Foxglove Rowan Foods Group is a Portland food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around ingredient orders clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling ingredient orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
