Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Corner Insurance and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling policy renewals. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
