Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Summit Iron Insurance is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling claims. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
