Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Lumen Cedar Facilities is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around cleaning schedules clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
