Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Fern Energy and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around billing disputes clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
