Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Ironwood Pine Financial is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Explain our services around payment disputes clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling payment disputes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
