Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Silverline Union Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Albuquerque area. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around guest bookings clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
