Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Greenridge Willow Construction is a Raleigh contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling change orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
