Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Bright Maple Staffing Group is a Fresno staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 960 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling retention. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
