Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Westbrook Forge Hospitality is a hospitality company in Rochester with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around reviews and feedback clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
