Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (remote)

Foxglove North Construction Group is a Madison contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around safety records clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling safety records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
